2012 Spring-Summer Newsletter

Teri has been involved in gymnastics since 1978 when Ginny Brown Pittman took her “under her wing,” taught her to coach and encouraged her to become a judge. Teri has been a valuable member of the gymnastics community since then.  The official diagnosis is adenocarcinoma most likely breast and/or ovarian origin. She is taking chemo. Her oncologist has told her that he expects to see her in remission at the end of the treatment, but she has a long fight ahead of her.

We have finally gotten approval from Regions Bank to open a benefit account for Teri. It will be styled “Benefit Account for Terri Roberson Jenkins” .  Checks can be made payable to the account and mailed to me at the address below.

I hope that we can work together on this and make the need for funds for Teri known throughout the region. Teri has no insurance, and to date has not qualified for any program and needs our help.
